The Good Shepherd team offer an After School Club at Micklem Primary School in Hemel Hempstead. The club is based at the school with access to the large playground and amazing equipment! Our clubs are designed to provide a nurturing and enriching experience for your children outside of regular school hours.
We understand the need for children to have an opportunity to wind down after a busy day at school and our club allows children to take the lead in what they choose to do. Whether it’s relaxing with a book, getting creative with crafts, taking on a Lego challenge, or having a game of football, our children can choose to do what they enjoy! The club provides after-school childcare for children from local schools including:
Micklem Primary School
St Rose’s Catholic Infants School
St Cuthbert Mayne Catholic Junior School
The after-school club runs from the end of the school day until 5:45 pm. Ad hoc and permanent bookings are available. We offer flexible booking options to accommodate your family’s needs. Whether you require daily attendance or occasional sessions, our club provides the flexibility and convenience you seek.
Pupils from St Rose’s and St Cuthbert Mayne are escorted to the club safely via minibus, the costs for this are included in the fees. The club offers places for pupils from Nursery to Year 6. Each key stage has their own designated area with toys and resources to meet its needs.
